Very slow, poor customer service.
I placed an order for 2 sets of Firefly Heart Balloons from this Company on the 16/07.After no sign of my items, I emailed and sent a message through messenger on Facebook to enquire the whereabouts of my order. Neither were answered but I did note that my message which was sent via messenger, had been read.After checking on the Olive and Sage website, I noticed that the Firefly Heart Balloons were out of stock, which actually explains why I have never received my goods, but Olive and Sage happily took my money. I’d actually admire them more as a company if whoever runs it, could have the front and admit their mistake, especially after I have contacted them through two different platforms. I have now opened a PayPal dispute on them as I do not like to be treated unfairly by dishonest Companies. The items were gifts to make matters worse and I did state in my email to them that at first I expected them before the end of the week, otherwise I would request a refund but changed my mind after noticing that the messenger message had been read but not replied to, so I opted for a straightforward refund.This is a mirror of exactly the same issue I had after ordering through them last year, my order did come eventually but took forever. I’m sure Covid-19 is going to get the blame but after my experience with them before as mentioned, I don’t buy that excuse for one second. Most reviews are from ‘satisfied customers’, these must be in favour as I’ve not had one ounce of respect shown to me, and I paid them my hard earned money just as others have who haven’t been treated shabbily.I’m now waiting for my refund as I have bought exactly the same items as I’d ordered from this Company, from another source and they actually came today!!!!!!!!, Olive and Sage, take note and don’t lie to ‘some’ of your customers.

Have ordered twice now from this website both times items have arrived quickly and though items were fragile they were wrapped securely and safely. Quality of items are of a high standard. Choice and price value are excellent.
I purchased two large Nutcrackers from Olive and Sage and they arrived today. Perfect condition and more impressive even than the photos. Customer service has been excellent from start to finish. Now I can’t wait for Christmas to display them
Today I received Charlie Cat . I'm absolutely thrilled with it . The work is outstanding. It was the1st iv ordered from Olive n sage but it won't be the last . From ordering to delivery in a couple of days x keep up the excellent work guys . From a very happy 1st customer
From ordering to delivery been a A1 experience, I purchase 2 of the dragons top quality and now sat proud on patio ,would recommend to all great company

Great company. They had a few problems with delivery due to Covid but, to their credit, they have got it sorted and turned round our latest order in about 24 hours. Amazing. Their sale stuff is great value and top quality. Excellent public relations too.
Wow, amazing colourful characters, I just had to order, not completely tech savvy so asked for help, immediate reply and problem solved, and within 3 days of ordering my two baby dragons arrived, absolutely over the moon,highly reccomended.

Absolutely love this site!! I love buying things that are unique and value for money and olive & Sage most definitely have it all! I’ve bought lost of different things over a few years an the quality is fantastic from my stags head in the lounge to my flamingos in the garden it’s all still looking as beautiful as it did the day I bought them. My most recent purchase the fire fly balloons are just stunning and look so beautiful in my garden I’ve just ordered another set sshhhh don’t tell my husband haha. Also amazing costumer service very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this wonderful site. Xx
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered several items December 3rd thinking there would be plenty of time for them to arrive for Christmas. I've heard nothing since despite trying to call, email and Facebook message the company to get an update.I will be issuing a PayPal reversal shortly because this is absolutely ridiculous.
I love this company. I have bought so many items. They are very different from the 'run of the mill' products and look lovely in my garden.It's very easy to order and delivery is very quick and items are well packaged.I think the products are competitively priced and even better when a sale is on! ??
